带隙基准spectre仿真三极管报错（SFE-23），新人求助~~~~

大家好，新人一枚，在做带隙基准的设计，电路图如下，在进行spectre仿真时，报错：Error found by spectre during circuit read-in.
ERROR (SFE-23): "input.scs" 18: The instance `Q2' is referencing an undefined model or subcircuit, `vpnp_5x5'. Either include the file containing the definition of `vpnp_5x5', or define `vpnp_5x5' before running the simulation.
ERROR (SFE-23): "input.scs" 19: The instance `Q1' is referencing an undefined model or subcircuit, `vpnp_5x5'. Either include the file containing the definition of `vpnp_5x5', or define `vpnp_5x5' before running the simulation.
之前做两级运放仿真的时候没有遇到这个问题，想知道到底是哪里出了问题
希望大神们不吝赐教，我已经卡在这里好多天，不胜感激

之前做两级运放仿真的时候没有遇到这个问题，想知道到底是哪里出了问题

BP的管子在你的model里面没有定义，找不到模型
input.scs中没有加入三极管的model
感谢回答但是，我的model中定义了三极管vpnp_5x5,具体情况如下
感谢回答input.scs见上层，能看出哪里设置不正确吗?
include那一行就是定义model的，你那个.scs里没有调用三极管的model，如果用ADE仿的话，你在添加model的时候把三极管的model也加入就可以了（就像你添加MOS管的model一样）
添加三极管工艺模型就好
在模型设置中加上三极管模型就好
