smic13_mmrf库varctor仿真遇到问题

大家好,我用IC614 仿真pvar_ckt这个cell的时候报错,提示信息如下:

Check the log file input.ahdlSimDB/8318_smic13mmrf_1233____models_spectre_gc_rf.va.aigg_hdl.ahdlcmi/Linux2.6.32-36-generic+gcc/ for details. If the compiler ran out of memory, use 'setenv CDS_CMI_COMPLEVEL 0', and try again. If the reason for the failure was a syntax error, contact your Cadence Customer Support representative with the netlist, log files, behavioral model files, and any other information that can help identify the problem.
Error found by spectre during AHDL read-in.
ERROR (VACOMP-1697): "parameter real (*integer inherited_mfactor; *) m=1;<<--? "
"Internal (bsource)", line 382: Attempting to redefine identifier 'm'. Remove the extra definition or use a different identifier.
spectre terminated prematurely due to fatal error.

但是其他cell(mos管和电感都可以正常仿真)
不知道有没有其他人遇到过这样的问题,请高手不吝赐教,多谢

解决了,要把系统默认shell改成bash.....

小编可否详细讲解一下呢 ,碰到了同样的问题!

sudo dpkg-reconfigure dash
然后选择no

centos默认是BASH,也报相同的错,是什么原因啊?

本身用的csh,也有这个问题。
