Senior Analog/RF Design Engineer
Job Description:
(1)Designanalog/RF integrated circuit using most advanced CMOS process for consumer electrical product;
(2)Evaluate circuit performance using instrument;
(3)Volume production support for designs.
Qualifications:
(1)MSEEor PhD in Electronic Engineering, Communication Engineering, and MicrowaveEngineering with at least 3 years experience;
(2)Strong analog background in transistor level;
(3)At least one of follow block design experience: PA, LNA, Mixer, PLL, VCO, DCXO,Bandgap, LDO, ADC and DAC;
(4)Familiar with at deep-micro CMOS process such as 55nm and below;
(5)Familiar with communication standards (2G/3G/4G, WLAN, BT，GPS，NFC etc);
(6)Experience with EDA tools for circuit simulation and layout such as Spectre,Hspice,ADS, Goldengate;
(7)Experience with high frequency equipment such as network analyzer, spectrumanalyzer, high frequency signal source,logic analyzer;
