hspice2008版本报Lmin，Lmax，wmax，wmin错误

前段时间安装了新的软年实验结果如下：
1.VMware tool 6.5
2.Redhat Enterprise linux 5
3.hspice for linux 2008.03版本。
运行Hspice报错误如下：
**error** reference0:p1 not found, or instance width or length does not fit into the wmax/wmin or lmax/lmin range.
it was referenced in element1:mm39
the channel width=1.000E-04 and length=1.000E-06
the line number was5
运用的Model为：
* update by daniel 2003/2/17 afternoon
* the v2.8is different from v2.7 phase 1,
* this v2.8 mainly update some parts: ( Unchanged : BJT , Diode )
*model = bsim3
*NewModel =3
*MetaSoftware Compatibility Mode
*These are BSIM3v3 Model Parameters.
有人认为是Hspice2008的不识LMIN，LMAX,但是我在另一环境 下工作正常 ，如下：
1，VMware tool 5.0
2.Redhat enterpise linux AS 4.0
3.Hspice for linux 2008.03
运行正常能过，只有如下警告：
**warning** (/home/lionx/project/public/spice_lib/EPROM05mam.txt:105)model n1device geometries will not be checked against the limits set bylmin, lmax, wmin and wmax. To enable this check, add a period(.)to the model name(i.e. enable model selector).

我的hspice版本是****** HSPICE -- A-2008.03-SP1 32-BIT (May 26 2008) linux ******
第一个情况你的L或W的数值超出了model中上下限的范围。第二个情况下通过是因为没有检查是否在范围之内。只要看给出的英文信息就能懂。
第一种情况也出现忽略的警告。但是仿真未通过。第二种情况出现，但仿真还能通过。

我也遇到这种情况，我改了l和W还是不行啊
我仿真也遇到相同的问题，请问这个问题怎么解决。有哪位大神知道怎么解么?
