Did you use ".ac" card in your simulation deck?
Normally when one wants to check frequency response and differential gain, he/she uses ".ac" card.
He/she specifies one terminal of the signal source without AC source (say, the negative terminal), with another (say, the positive terminal) with AC source specified as 1.
Thus the phase shift at the output node (or the nodes he/she concerns) corresponds to the phase lag compared with the positive terminal of the differential circuit.
Then he/shes normally uses ".probe" card with "vdb(NODE_NAME)" and "vp(NODE_NAME)" as parameters.
Could you please post your simulation deck?
