编写一下map文件，将库中的w，l和PDK对应起来，很简单的，如果是IC615的话，里面可以之间有填入map 的选项

追问一下，请问想把 mos的finger width 和 total width设成一样的，有什么好办法?

这个只能从顶层修改，你把select选成all，先把fingers改为2，再改为1，就可以了
