网表中有语法错误。

语法错误,另外的提示有参数没定义
检查一下每个语句后的分号是不是都加上了，还有就是模型里面的沟道长度和宽度没有定义。
可以請教樓上的朋友 要加什麼分號? 我的spi已經檢查是正確 可以跑trancient 沒有問題 可是跑phase noise就產生錯誤
