spectre 仿真遇到的问题！

ic610和mmsim61均已装好，但仿真时出错如下：

看似loading动作仍未完成（好像要loading5个文件而不是三个）便报错，不知怎么回事?

看lib是不是dos格式的，是的话转成unix格式再跑跑看
