請問一下?Mixed mode IC design
1. You need to understand the principle behind each circuit
2. Ask yourself "what if question" and try to find out the answer by yourself.
3. When you simulate the circuit, understand the result and know the relationship between each block and each transistor. Once you find the answer, at least prove it under simulation. Keep asking questions to yourself until you know your circuit thoroughly.
4. Know the process tolerance and design the circuit with the process variation in mind. How to make the right judgement? Try to work with senior designers closely and learn it from them. There is no short-cut to gain the experience, it takes time and you shall be patient. Eventually you will learn it.
5. Pay "MORE" attention on lab characterization. Analyze and understand the difference between simulation and measurement. This is the most difficult task during the whole design process, you may need to work with more senior engineers closely to find out the answers
6. Try to keep your design as simple as possible to meet the design spec!

我觉得需要强调一点:就是尽量多多参与DEBUG,你自己设计的电路如果有问题,那恭喜你了,你得到了很好的机会来重新学习了。
