stabilty issue of class AB stucture

I've tried several kinds of class AB structures for output stages for the low load resistance and large load capacitance. Meanwhile 80 MHz GBW is expected. However, I find few of class AB structure could achieve this. I'm not sure why and I'm wondering what kind of structure for stage is usually adapted.

If a large C load is expected, the second pole should be very high, and widely split with the dominant pole. A stable closed-loop should be achievable with 300pF load using CMOS design.The GBW is a trade-off with power dissipation.
