请教启动电路的管子尺寸如何设计

如何设计M5以及左边管子的尺寸?M5应在何时关断?是只要离开图一中的B点还是必须到A点才关断?谢谢指教

请大侠指教啊

好象这个关系不大,只要仿真的时候在B点m5有电流注入m1,并且A点时m5截止就可以了。

M5 is not totally turned off untill the circuit move to the equilibrium pointA. The reason is that if the circuit is at the undesired equilibrium point B, then there is no current through M1 and M2. However, M5 will provide a current in M1 that will cause the circuit to move to the equilibrium point A. As the circuit approaches the point A, the source voltage of M5 increases, causing the current through M5 to decrease. At point A the current through M1 is essentially the current through M3 and M5 is totally turned off.

比较保险的办法是电流镜中引一股电流到M5的gate,这个电流比例要很大,这样才能在工作点A点建立后启动电流不会影响电流精度

有没有办法降低启动电路中最左边三个G极和D极短接的管子的电流啊?

把W/L设的小小的就可以,即L>>W就可以使电流减小了~
