Job Description:
Develop RF integrated circuits from product definition through transfer to production.
Being a member of IC design team with the responsibility for major IC block design.
Requirements;
Bachelor or MSEE and at least 2 or more years of directly related experience
Experience with Cadence analog IC design tools including SpectreRF
Experience designing CMOS RFIC's for the Commerical market
Requires transistor level experience design of RF circuits - LNAs, Mixers, PLLs,VCO
Design of IF circuits - Filters, VGAs, Opamps, Drivers
Design of DC circuits - Bandgaps, bias circuits
Design of high speed digital circuits
Analysis in time and frequency domains
Behavioral modeling using high level languages (e.g. matlab, C)
