现在analog&rf ic design 用多少um工艺的MOS?最小用到了多少?主流是多少?请前辈们告诉一下。
有钱的用45nm没钱的用350nm
90和.13比较多了
一般用的还是.35
學校等級的大都 .35~.18
在上去就 .13～90
US company: 45nm, 65nm (production), 90nm (production)

65nm is common in US and only one company has the ability to mass production 32nm.
一般用0.13um不然就90nm的, 我們做digital TV就是用0.13um, 8吋, gross die有6000多顆
有这么先进吗
65nm is main stream in US company, like Qualcom, Broadcom, and Infineon. They all release new HSPA+/LTE/2G Transceiver with 65nm.And these big IC company also are all going on the 22nm or 45nm PLL or RF block research projects.
