迟滞比价器设计

那位大侠设计过迟滞比较器，俺现在遇到一个奇怪的问题，俺设计的一个迟滞比较器是Allen书上那种迟滞比较器，内部管子比例来控制
迟滞电压的，可是三种corner case条件下怎么也不能把电路调得满足spec要求，那位大侠有经验，谈谈这个迟滞比较器设计要点?

我简单的设计仿真了一下，关键就是要交叉（G、D连在不同的一侧）的那两个mos管aspect ratio大点就ok了。
不过我没有每个corner case 都仿真，只是随便仿真了一下，看到了迟滞效果而已。

positive feedback coefficient is more large than nagative feedback coefficient, so you must set that mos w/l of positive feedback is more large than nagativemos w/l.
