Gray的"Analysis and Design of Analog Integrated Circuits"將在2008年12月出第五版的書了，以下是
新版的內容介紹，

This is the only comprehensive book in the market for engineers that covers CMOS, bipolar technologies, and biCMOS integrated circuits. The fifth edition retains its completeness, updates the coverage of bipolar technologies, and enhances the discussion of biCMOS. It provides a more unified treatment of digital and analog circuit design while strengthening the coverage of CMOS. The chapter on non-linear analog circuits has been removed and chapter 11 has been updated to include an operational amplifier example. 我觉得nonlinear那章还是不错的，去掉可惜了，可能现在已经没人做analog multiplixer 了，低频的数字cover了高频的RF去了，phase detector现在又都用PFD了。

为啥这么慢啊。开始些2008年12月，又改为2009年1月，刚才看了看得2009年4月，不过一定又是经典之作，知名度太高了，写书都有压力，期待……

有谁知道mosfet饱和边缘是 Vdsmin=Vov 是第四版哪里讲到的?
