It depends on how you select the two tones and how you set up the simulation. There are a couple of ways to simulate the IIP3. For example, you could use PSS only and set the two RF tones as large signals or could you use PSS followed by a PAC sim. In the former case, the 1st order harmonic should be either frf1 or frf2, and the 3rd harmonic should be 2*frf1-frf2 or 2*frf2-frf1. In the latter case, say frf1 is the large signal tone and frf2 is the PAC tone, then 1st harmonic will be frf2 and 3rd harmonic will be 2*frf1-frf2. Note that in the latter case, frf2 is a PAC tone and only first order harmonic is available. Hope this helps.
