SoC Technical Director
Responsibilities·

Senior Software Manager
Responsibilities· Drive product software development with mature and efficient process · Manage multiple groups within the software division to deliver software products based on SOC· Coordinate developments and communications among different departments in the company.· Work closely with customer to solve customer problemsRequirements:Must Have· BS Degree, Computer Science or EE· Minimum of 10 year experience software development experience with strong c/c++/asm capability· Minimum of 8 year experience with embedded software development· Minimum of 5 year experience with software project management. · Deep understanding on modern computer architecture is a must· Understanding in professional software quality, product release procedure is must· Good communication skill in writing and speaking EnglishNice to have· Experience with Windows CE or Linux BSP development is a big plus· Familiar with ARM architecture is a big plus· Hardware knowledge and experience of working with IC verification is a big plus· Experience of multimedia software is a big plus

Senior SoC Project Manager
Responsibilities· Manage the SoC project according to the Product Development Process (PDP)- Coordinate the different resources to deliver the IC product in time and with good quality- Responsible for the communication of the whole project team- Participates and drives internal review of each development phase and make proper justification· Manage the SoC project structure and execution- Develop project plan and WBS- Develop project team and OBS- Develop and manage project schedule, resource, communication, and critical path- Identify risk and develop mitigation plan with the project team· Closely work with Marketing on the product definition and Marketing Requirement Document (MRD) review· Participate the performance review, evaluation, and motivating of the project team members· Closely work with IC manufacturing and testing / qualification to drive the IC products into mass production in time and with good quality· Closely work with other Project Managers to drive the IC smoothly into the reference design and integration - System testing / debugging / integration- Documentation- Training· Responsible for the design service provider and IP supplier program and performance- Qualification / Rating- Inspections / Verifications- Corrective action / improvement· Work with the financing and control the project budget

Linux Device Driver Project Leader

Qualifications
Must Have
· Hands on experience on ARM Linux development over 3+
· Familiar with ARM architecture including MMU/Cache/TLB working principles
· Very familiar with linux kernel porting
· Very familiar with at least 2 types of device driver porting in linux: Nand, SD, USB, LCD, Audio/Touch,
· Good communication and coordination skill
Nice to Have
· Experience with Windows CE device driver development is a big plus
· Familiar with RISC architecture, MMU configuration, Cache operation, interrupt handling is highly desired
· ARM assembly programming experience is desired.
Job Tasks
· Port and test linux BSP for SOC.
· Help in the SOC prototyping verification and development work.
· Documentation of the software modules developed.

Senior AE Program Manager
Job Tasks
l Act as the point of contact for all customer support requests
l Program Management for key customer projects
l Coordinate resource allocation for customer requests with HW and SW managers
l Distribute and follow up all customer requests
l On-site support arrangement for visiting customers.
l Report the AE weekly, monthly status
l Create and enhance the customers support efficiency.
Qualifications

Multimedia Algorithm Engineer
Qualifications
Must Have
· MS Degree or above, Computer Science or EE
· Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with implementation of multimedia algorithms including MPEG 1/2/4, H.263/264, AAC/AAC+, WMA/WMV
· Good English skill.
Nice to have
· Experience with DirectShow filters development is a great plus.
· Experience with embedded system development is a great plus.
· Experience with ARM assembly language is a great plus
· Project management experience is highly desirable.
· Understanding of multimedia system interfaces (like CA, MPEG-2 TS, PS)is a good plus
Job Tasks
· Implement and multimedia algorithms (MPEG2/4, AAC, AC3, H.263/264, etc) on SOC based platforms.
· Profile and optimize the implementation. Using of ARM assembly language if necessary.
· Working with DirectShow engineers in delivering the final Multimedia DirectShow decoding/encoding filters.
