关于zigbee localtime的换算

大家好，ZHA门锁有一个zigbee localtime的时间戳，是基于2000年1月1日至今的已过的秒数，请问各位开发者及IT支持，在cc2530或cc2538上有可实现具体时间与时间戳之间换算方法吗？下面是ZHA1.2规范文档的解释。

10.1.2.3 ZigBee Time

There are various references to the ZigBee LocalTime within this cluster specification（指Door Lock Cluster）.
ZigBee LocalTime (32-bit unsigned integer) represents the number of seconds
since January 1 2000, in the local zone with time saving adjusted.

只要知道了具体的时间戳定义格式就可以转换。
