Where can I download "NS package" used in CC3200 IOT application

Dear Ti FAEs:

It's mentioned that "NS package" is necessary for CC3200 IOT application to MS Azure in doc "Run a simple C sample on CC3200 device"

   -https://github.com/Azure/azure-iot-sdks/blob/master/doc/get_started/ti-rtos-ti-cc3200-c.md.

However, although I've tried several times to download the "NS package" from the address given in this doc, I failed to download it eventually.

Would you please suggest me a effective alternative solution like another web link or just simply attach it in this reply to my post.

I skimmed the page you told, it's pretty advisable to me.

Meanwhile, I noticed another link of CC2640(sensor tag) case case connected to windows Azure, yet I can't find details on that page "http://www.azuresensortag.net/".

Would you please help me to reach the necessary resources such as source code downloading link and guide docs.
