CC3100MODR11MAMOB testing issue

Dears:

         I have 2 issues need u support as below:

1) We use the CC31XXEMUBOOST board to connect to the CC3100MOD to do programming.  We can do the programming successfully in the beginning for about 30pcs of CC3100MOD.  After that, the CC31XXEMUBOOST board is unable to connect to the CC3100MOD anymore.  We had checked the PC & CC3100MOD that no issue found.  We suspect the CC31XXEMUBOOST board was not working.  Attached the connection method & uniflash screen shot of error message for your reference.

Please could you help to advise the method to check the CC31XXEMUBOOST?  Any suggestion on the voltage / waveform of the connection pin?

2)As of the project using CC3100MOD, now we are in certification testing stage.

The test lab. asked about fix frequency sample for testing.  As we search from TI web site, there is a Radio tool (http://processors.wiki.ti.com/index.php/CC31xx_%26_CC32xx_Radio_Tool) for this kind of purpose for CC3100MOD.

 However, we are not sure the connection of the CC3100MOD which enable it to use the Radio Tool, please could you help to provide further info. for this?

As we need the CC31XXEMUBOOST board urgently for production need, if you can provide the CC31XXEMUBOOST, is it possible to borrow the board from your company for our urgent need?

1.Did you modify or erase the firmware? And i can't find the sreenshots or connection method,could you please attach them again?

2.The radio tool is expected to work seamlessly on TI evaluation platforms: Boosterpack+ FTDI emulation board for 3100 and Launchpad for 3200.

What's your uniflash version? While uniflash waiting for reset signal, could you generate reset manually?
