cc3200 launchpad blinky程序：run/debug后 不能调试，帮帮忙，谢谢

点击run/debug后，出现blinky.out    load failed 对话框错误

下面为提示错误信息。帮忙看一下是啥原因。谢谢

SOP2帽已经连接上。未连接上和连接上问题一样。

我用的是cs3200-LAUNCHXL的开发板

.ccxml文件有没有link到工程里呢？
