IAR 通过XDS100V3烧写程序出现的驱动问题

 请问下我使用Flash Programmer 2 通过XDS100V3给CC2650烧写没问题，说明硬件与驱动都是没问题的，但是使用IAR 通过XDS100V3烧写TI官网例程时出现驱动错误显示：

看图片的意思是未找到ccs_base这个文件 ，我在ble_sdk_2_02_01_18_setup.exe安装目录下也都没找到，请教下该怎么解决这个问题，谢谢。

我的IAR 是7.8版本的

 If you get the ccs_base error, you need to go to your installation of IAR, after installing IAR, and run a follow-on installation tool manually:

C:\Program Files (x86)\IAR Systems\EWARM 7.40.2\arm\drivers\ti-xds\ti_emupack_setup.exe
