RF input of CC2592 is balance architecture. Can it work in un-balance? If yes, how can it be performed. Thanks!

It should work. 

but I think the gain will be lower around 3dB if you terminate another port. 

you can refer to Figure 5-1. CC2592 Evaluation Module, the EVM is tested based on an external Balun.
