Only the 3 first modes are currently supported. 3 and 4 are for antenna diversity. Mode 5 and 6 are supposed to set up the RXTX pin as LNA enable and the unused RF pin as PA enable for external frontend control, as an alternative to the normal procedure of using IO pins for this purpose.
