cc2640 与CC2650兼容问题

开发板: Texas Instruments Evaluation(EVM) Kit (CC2650F128 7x7mm)

使用Project: C:\ti\simplelink\ble_cc26xx_2_00_00_42893\Projects\ble\SensorTag 工程，在CC2650上工作正常，为何在CC2640上不能正常工作，

提示

The stack pointer stack'CSTACK' (currently 0x20002130) is outside the stack rang (0x20004070 to 0x20004470)

请问CC2640是什么板子呢？

我们自己做的板子，CC2640F128 (4X4mm) , 24M晶振，32768晶振都正常，程序单步调试到BIOS_start();都正常。调用BIOS_start();之后，没有广播，停止后提示CSTACK异常。

我们自己做的板子，使用的是CC2640F128(4Xmm),  IAR 7.4，单步调试到BIOS_start();都正常。 BIOS_start()后，没有广播信号，IAR停止后，提示CSTACK异常。

24M，32768晶振正常。
