HDMI 2.0 switch TS3DV642 questions

Hi，

we already have a new HDMI 2.0 switch project which has 2 inputs and 1 output ,meanwhile need to support 4k@60hz resolution；目前实测TS3DV642可以满足性能要求；

below questions:

1、Is this chipset can support HDMI2.0 or DP1.2A standard?
2、How long the HDMI cable length it can support, including input and output cable length
3、Can you provide the compatibility test report of this model ?
4、Please help to provide the HDMI ATC test and ESD pre-test report about this model.

1、Is this chipset can support HDMI2.0 or DP1.2A standard?

A: yes, TS3DV642 could be used for HDMI 2.0 or DisplayPort 1.2a Signal Switching. 

2、How long the HDMI cable length it can support, including input and output cable length

A: TS3DV642  is a  switch without any buffering which means it doesn't have any drive capability.  So if you want to drive long cable, you need adding equalizer/redriver  to improve driver capability and decrease signal loss.

As to the question 3&4,I am sorry that we don't have the test report for reference.

How long the HDMI cable length it can support, including input and output cable length

by the way, this chipset can support 2m cable length ? including input and output length.

 As I replied above,  TS3DV642  is only switch without any buffering which means it doesn't have any drive capability. We'd better to test the signal integrity of 2m total cable length. Not like TMDS442 which include the EQ internally, so there are the test results with different cable length conditions.
