ADS6145数据转换器的接地处理

I want to use ADS6145 as a part of my data acquisition system,should a single ground is enough or should I use separate digtal ground and analog ground?

if I use separate digtal ground and analog ground,how can I link the two ground?

-ps I plan to use four layers pcb with two signal plane and a power plane and a ground plane

Using separate ground is good. you can connect two ground in power supply side,. you can reference our EVM layout. however,  simiar performance can be obtained with careful layout  using a common ground plane.
