LM393比较器使用疑问

LM393在正负输入差模电压小于一定程度时，输出呈线性。举例说明，+端输入2V，-端输入1.9V，按常理输出在外部有上拉5V的情况下，输出为5V，但是实际测量其实只有3V多，感觉内部的MOS管并没有饱和，导致输出呈线性。

我想了解下，lm393手册上哪个参数是表示正负输入压差大于多少值LM393可以正常工作，谢谢

看了下有个override voltage为100mV，但是我看了下，这个过驱电压影响的更多是时延，和输出饱和或者不饱和影响不大，请解释的更清楚些，谢谢。

如果同相端和反相端都在输入共模范围之内，那么输出结果两种情况：

(a) If IN- is higher than IN+ and the offset voltage, the output is low and the output transistor is sinking current
(b) If IN- is lower than IN+ and the offset voltage, the output is high impedance and the output transistor is not conducting
