RFIC新人,小女请教

考上研究生,一不小心选了个射频集成电路设计,导师很不错。希望将来好好学习,能在专业方面做出一点点成就,所以想请教前辈:

我需要哪些基础课比较扎实呢?数字电子,模拟电子,高频电子就不用说了。那对于其他哪些课程要求比较高呢?

学习下仿真软件的使用,有些学校本科就会开 射频集成电路设计如果你用cmos工艺拉扎维 那本cmos射频集成电路设计 是挺经典的

我认为RFIC的设计是相当复杂的,不但要学习基础理论,还得学习基本的电子学,材料学和工艺等基础知识,主要的精力要集中在设计电路上,还需要紧跟目前的设计潮流和工艺水平。基本原理之类的当然也是不能范国光的哈

There are some useful books for RFIC design.
1.Analysis and design of analog integrated circuit, by Gray
2.Analysis and design of CMOS radio frequency integrated circuit, by Lee
3.RF microelectronics, by Razavi
You can study the basic analog circuit theory (current mirror,single stage amplifier,multi-stage amplifier,frequency response,electronics noise) with the first book.Then you can learn the high frequency design technique (S-parameter,Smith chart) and the RF blocks (LNA,mixer,VCO,PA) with the second book. Finally, you can learn the transceiver topology and the communication theory with the third book.

还需要基本的半导体器件知识。Try Sze's Semiconductor book.
可能微波原理也很有用。Need the knowledge of S-parameter, impedance matching.

还是先把微波理论好好学习一下吧,感觉这个还是很重要的,工作后就没有什么机会了。

用spectre RF不錯學長說比ADS的要求嚴格
