我查了一些混频器的器件,是hittite公司的,我下了DATA SHEET和它提供的S参数文件,我看不懂它提供的S参数文件,帮我看看,行吗?怎么使用公司给的S参数文件,下面显示的就是厂家给的S参数文件,是一个压缩包,打开包含下面的文件:

S1P模型可以用来调匹配
记得ADS中的模型库里有S1p的模型,找到后将文件名指向你下载的S1p文件就可以了
如何测试混频器的S参数
S参数都是某个频点的S参数,但混频器三个端口的频率都是不一样的,那么用网分是否能测出变频损耗等参数呢?另外用ADS仿真混频器S参数的时候也是得不到想要的结果,不知道要额外设置什么地方?
我也遇到这个问题,求高手解答啊!
