Antenna Design For 60 MHz

hi,
I need monopole antenna design for 50 to 55 MHz frequency rang. I need small size antenna. Is there any tutorial available for practical antenna design?
I will use this antenna to transmit analog video signal (NTSC).

You may take a look of old 46MHz-49MHz cordless phone antenna. This kind of cordless phone antenna use whip antenna matching with a inductor. A whip antenna at this low frequency is very high Q . I am afraid that the antenna bandwidth is not big enough for video signal transmission.
