用到lowpass时
为什么high cutoff<low cutoff时，能够正常滤波，并且增益较大呢？
而说明中只提到When filter type is 2 (Bandpass) or 3 (Bandstop), low cutoff freq:
fl must be less than high cutoff freq: fh.
有点不明白
