DSP Group of NI-Shanghai R&D center focuses on the research and development of advanced math and signal processing algorithm in the industrial applications and the academic researches. We are responsible for most of the analysis projects in LabVIEW, which is the flagship software of National Instruments and the most widely used development platform in test and measurement.
Our projects leverage techniques from the fundamental linear algebra, statistics and optimization, to joint time-frequency analysis, wavelet analysis, digital filter design, system identification, classical/modern control design, and some application-oriented toolkits.
With the growth of our DSP Group, we look forward to have energetic and creative engineers to join us.
Position:
Software Engineer (DSP)
Responsibilities
· Develop and implement Math, DSP, control, communications, and vibration analysis related LabVIEW toolkits
· Generate on-line help and user’s manual
· Maintain and improve the existing LabVIEW DSP toolkits
· Assist NI users to apply LabVIEW Math, DSP, control, communications, and vibration analysis software for their applications
· Work with marketing and sales to promote NI Math, DSP, control, communications, and vibration analysis related products
Basic Requirements
In addition to the proficiency in English, a prospect candidate must have a good understanding and academical preparation at least in one of the following areas:
· General signal processing - real analysis, optimization, linear algebra, matrix computation
· Control - optimization, linear algebra, matrix computation, system theory
· Communications - optimization, linear algebra, matrix computation, system theory
· Vibration analysis - differential equation, optimization, matrix computation
