有的，但是里面有STFT等，但是没有看到Hilbert呀？

You do not need that JTFA package. Well, try this track:
Functions>> Analysis >>Signal Processing>>Frequency Domain
The Fast Hilbert Transform is the first one on the 3rd line. By the way, in the function pallet, there is a button called "Search". You always can search the function you need.
