You know I use it. But I never use SRSA.
The digital filter designer and JTFA are cool. However, the wavelet tool is a
little bit weak. If you could generate the spectrogram of magnitude and phase
as well, that will be good. I also wish the time-varying filter could be more
flexible.

The more powerful Digital Filter Design toolset will be provided soon later.
But it'll not be included in SPT.
I'm not sure what kind of wavelet functions u need. There are many basic
functions that have been included in SPT 7.0. If you can provided us more
suggestions about wavelet applications. It's warmly welcome! :)
The two problems u mentioned have been solved recently. The analytical wavelet
transform has been used to calculate the magnitude/phase spectrograms. And u
can also choose time-frequency / time-scale representation as ur wish.
The time-varying filter has included choosing an arbitary mask by using mouse
operation. Thus, you will have more freedom to choose the time-frequency
components that u want to reconstruct the signal.
SRSA is the spectral analysis based on AR/MA models. It's better for the short-
duration signals. Since, the frequency resolution of DFT(STFT) is limited by
the signal length. But the SRSA has no such limitations.
