hsim2013_03 license求助

各位高手我装了hspice2013、hsim等工具,用Synopsys Keygen算出来的license能正常跑hspice,cscope等，但就是跑不起来Hsim,运行cck提示Error: Cannot checkout Circuit Check license.
下头是日志文件,看来是没有hsim的feature,不知道哪信有最新的,能算hsim的工具，请提供一下，感谢之至

缺feature "cktcheck",當然不能run！

谢谢回复 我知道缺少feature，想问有什么工具能生成hsim 2013的feature.

找到一个synopsys.src,hsim能用了,但cck这个命令还是不行
