Synopsys SCL 11.9 or 11.10

Someone has Synopsys SCL 11.9 or 11.10 for run Synopsys DC 2015?

11.9 could be found in eetop, but 11.10 was not seen until now.

For HSPICE 2015 version, Synopsys wrote that it require scl11.9 and above .
Please shareSCL 11.9 or SCL 11.10.
