求hspice 2018的lic 产生文件

用旧的lic报下面错误：
18:49:29 (snpslmd) Request denied: Client (11.14) newer than Vendor Daemon (11.12). (Version of vendor daemon is too old. (-83,21049))

Are you using hspice version 2019.03 or higher?. If yes, your license will not work..

SCI版本太低，换2017后的版本吧

我使用的是hspice 2018 ， SCL 2017以后版本是什么版本，哪里有下载?
