TSMC 180nm 1.8/3.3V 标准单元库

请问TSMC 是否提供 OA 格式的， 直接可以在IC617 上使用的 180nm standard cell library 和 I/O library, 刚拿到一套CDB 格式的， 不想自己转成OA 格式，怕出错。多谢了！

virtuoso可以直接转呀

standard cell format is gds2 and don't worry there is no problem. you can use of this stdcell in IC617
