环境变量已设好linux mint 17
更改 license.dat 执行权限没用。

你似乎没有对IC等所有安装的Candence软件进行patch。参见：http://bbs.eetop.cn/thread-452284-1-1.html　正确设置环境变量及patch。
另外，经过patch之后不需要启动Cadence的license server即可直接启动运行Virtuoso环境及其所有软件.
