谁知道Silvaco windows版里如何用DevEdit啊？

不知道，也在学习中

我只知道，在deckbuild界面里面，go devedit，然后用脚本的方式写结构
你说的应该是指manual里面的图形界面的，我也不知道怎么进去同问，有谁知道?

或者小编现在已经知道了?

win版的要在deckbuild里面输入脚本。

看一下manual中的描述：
1.1: What is DevEdit
DEVEDIT is a device structure editor. It can be used to generate a new mesh on an existing structure
and can be used to create or modify a device. These devices can then be used by Silvaco 2-D and 3-D
simulators.DEVEDIT can be used as a simulator underDECKBUILD or through a Graphical User
Interface (GUI).
Note:The GUI is not available on Windows.
