坛上的那个Cacence的patch似乎对ICADV121不起作用

应用坛上的那个patch（就是那个防止误伤的那个patch）种是得到下面这三个错误

3 errors occurred.
因而不能在virtuoso中包含这个ICADV121在内，否则就出现license错误不能启动virtuoso。不知是否其他Cadence的patch能否解决。

换一个patch ,readme 里第一行是patch for 2013-year cadence soft

这个我对IC6.1.6.500.9 还起作用，后面的比如IC06.16.120 版本就没有用了..
ICADV 12.2 没有测过，估计不行～
