IC615在Centos6.3上安装问题

点击：
系统：Centos6.3 64位（已经yum update，但是由于更新后，新的内核2.6.32-359.6.1.e16在启动时黑屏，所以仍用的就内核2.6.32-279.e16）
Cadence: IC615 （来自http://bbs.eetop.cn/viewthread.php?tid=375244&highlight=ic615）
在安装的过程中，提示出现需要若干32位的库，也进行了yum install. (http://bbs.eetop.cn/viewthread.php?tid=322992&highlight=ic615，但其中的libXest.so.6库yum没找到，安装过程中也没报错)
目前出现的问题见图片：
install正常，但是configure fAIled。没有出现教程中说的configure的界面，点击右下角的Done，则有回到安装界面。
如何解决，请达人指导啊，非常感谢。

you must install xterm with this command
yum install xterm

because cadence has been using xterm in configure and verilog(-a) editor.
xterm hasbeen existing in old version centos and redhat such as V4 and V5 but centos 6, xterm hasn't been intypical install.
