IP-XACT IP packager

Most of the eda tools have a built-in lp-xact Packager.

Actually most eda tools only support assembly or integration of in-house generated IP-xact IP.What i want is a tool which can support third party IP-xact IP core, such as MAGILLEM's IP-XACT packager
