为啥PVS菜单都是灰的？

安装PVS15.XX后， 打开layout后有PVS菜单， 但是里面都是灰的， 不能打开Run DRC。
请教是什么原因?如何修复?

To activate the cadence tools:
Download cadence_patch.rar from :http://bbs.eetop.cn/thread-586326-1-1.html
as read.me:
at linux command, type:
./cadence_patch.sh /the/path/to/PVS/installation/dir
add the license.dat to LM_ICENSE_FILE=..
