tsmc018 memory compiler

我之前在論壇下載了一個TSMC018的MC，但它不能生成 lvs_cdl 和 gds(其他都能生成，只缺cdl和gds)。
請問哪裏有TSMC MEMORY COMPILER能生成CDL和GDS呢

TSMC.90n65.Memory.Compiler.2007.03.Linux?
