求mentor tessent 2013的license

我下载安装了mentor的tessent 2013,设置了path等以后，用之前的license启动Lbistarchitect会报如下错误
//License server does not support this feature (lbistarchitect)
//Warning: FAIled to acquire 'LBISTArchitect -fault_simulation' license.
//Error: Unable to obtain LBISTArchitect license.
我之前是用的mentor DFT 2007。可能是license太老，不支持2013?
