各位大侠,小弟有一些问题想请教,如下:
最近新安装了IC5141 USR6，包括base 和 USR6 升级包。安装完毕可以正常启动icfb和正常用spectre仿真，但没法用hspiceS，hspiceD，ultrasim仿真，虽然在仿真器选择栏有供这些仿真器的选择。
我想问一下各位在光装ic5141的情况下是不是只能用specre这个仿真器，ic5141并不带其他仿真器的?
如果要使用hspice，比如hspiceD，就必须要另外安装hspice吗?
如果要使用hspiceS，是不是就一定要安装synopsys?
还有就是要使用ultrasim，就一定要安装mmsim吗?
本人对软件的关联不是太熟悉，所以问题比较多，麻烦各位！

*Warning* The version of the Hspice simulator that you are using may not support the generation of PSF output on Linux. If you are having trouble viewing simulation results, please contact Hspice customer support to identify the version that supports this capability.
运行hspiceS是提示：
sh: hspice: command not found
运行ultrasim时提示：
*WARNING* The virtuoso analog Design Environment (ADE) creates a user interface (UI) to match the features of the particular version of MMSIM you are using. The software could not find the 'feature file' in the MMSIM hierarchy that lists the features avAIlable in this version of MMSIM. You might be using a wrapper script around ultrasim such that 'which ultrasim' returns your wrapper script and not ultrasim in the MMSIM hierarchy. For now, ADE will create a UI to match the latest version of ultrasim. If you are using an older version and do not want to see the
UI for features that are not available in that version, you can set the following variable according to ultrasim version you are using:
setenvULTRASIM_FEATURE_FILE /home/pathForMMSIM/tools/ultrasim/etc/files/ultrasim.dat
Selecting corner "session-default" so that the model path matches the session default.

我只装过基础版的
估计也没有什么仿真器
我听说cadence只是提供一些相关仿真器的接口，其他软件安装后把环境配置好才能使用，不知道这样的观点对不对?
可能是版本的问题我也碰到了不知能否解决
小编，您还得安装和配置好HSPICE和ultrasim才行，Spectre是Cadence的内嵌工具，当然可以使用了。
只要Hspice装好，环境变量设置对了，就可以使用HspiceD仿真了，警告不用理会

如果要用Hspice仿真的话，需要另外安装Hspice，然后在.bashrc里面设置好环境变量；spectre是内嵌的，在安装好ic和mmsim后，注意在.bashrc里面设置时，在PATH变量中，$MMSIM_ROOT/tools/bin这个值一定不能少，否则无法运行spectre。另外，在Tools->Conversion Tool Box…下有HspiceD Models from HspiceS…（详细可以查看帮助文档）。
