Have you checked your license file settings? like MAC address, hose name etc.?

LM_LICENSE_FILE - not required
You must run 'lmli3'command to start license server demon before to start EDA soft.
Then carefully watch the log file '~/syn_ST_lic.log'

修改/etc/host里的hostname与/etc/sysconfig/network里的hostname一致！
