MentorKG younger 2012

Anybody have MentorKG.exe younger than 2012 year?
2014-2016...
i think my mentorkg.exe cannot create license for new mgc.pkginfo and new mgls.dll
but i cannot find another mentorkg.exe

nobody have?

no problem with old kg

old kg cannot make lic for all packages on mgc.pkginfo
and cannot make lic file for tanner 2016

nobody have?

I have the same issue with Catapult. I think accessing properly to the characterized libraries is being faced with problem just because of licensing. It does not show any error related to the authorization but my guess is the license issue.

can you tell how to?
